Eleanor Marriott is a UK based photographer specializing in multiple genres including travel photography, events, portraiture, and stills photography for film companies. She has had several solo exhibitions of her work in London and Kent. Her biggest to date was at the Pie Factory in Margate, in association with the Turner Contemporary, where she exhibited over 100 of her Indian images.
Eleanor's portraiture work includes photographs of the directors Wes Anderson and Roman Polanski. She has worked in London, Rome and Paris as a stills photographer, and as a travel photographer in Italy, Latin America, Cuba, India and Nepal.
Since relocating from London to Margate, Eleanor has joined the acclaimed Resort Studio collaboration of artists, where she has a studio. She takes commissions for all genres of photography in Margate, London and abroad, and also teaches photography in Kent and London.
Alongside her partner, Tony Tooke, Eleanor runs the photography and graphic design agency Indigo Squid. Their clients include Isle Magazine, Little Ships restaurant, the Royal Harbour Hotel, The Hawley, Fort Road Yard and Kingfisher Boat Tours - for all of whom she has provided photography services.
